Evening Meals
The evening meal must be booked in advance . It includes appetizer, starter, main dish, dessert and coffee (drinks are not included).
You will be spoilt by Lydie and Christophe : tiptop service, vintage crockery, fine table linen, home-made cuisine using great quality produce… An exquisite experience.
Menus
Menus are composed with our own organic fruit and vegetables in harmony with the seasons ; you will savour our authentic cuisine (poultry from our hencoop flavoured with Lautrec garlic, Gratin Dauphinois, Cassoulet) or a more refined cuisine (Foie Gras in puff pastry, smoked magrets and pears, gourmet jars, honeyed magrets, a selection of fruit mousse, chocolat and chestnut mousse…)
You will be given good advice when choosing your wine as Christophe has a good experience of the wine business : you will appreciate our wine card composed of wines from south west France coming from biodynamic farming : Gaillac, Minervois and Corbières.
- Evening meals are served on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays (to be booked 24 hours beforehand)
- They are served at 8 pm

Bistrot
We also propose gourmet dishes (main dish and dessert) served at the bistrot or under the vine arbour from 8 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
We serve our gourmet dishes on slates, with recipes in agreement with the seasons, typical Tarn dishes, gourmet jars, produce from our vegetable garden and our own poultry. Come and taste in the lovely bistrot, a bright room with its stone walls, its friendly atmosphere and vintage crockery…

Breakfasts
Breakfasts are plentiful and celebratory. They are served in the dining-room or under the vine arbour weather permitting.
- You will be served at your own table from 8am to 9.30. Breakfast in included in the price of the room.
- You can choose from an array of salty and sweet goodies : stewed fruit and brioches, cakes and jams, everything is home-made. Scrambled or boiled eggs from our hencoop, delicatessen and cheese from the Tarn or southwest France, organic coffee or teas….
